Techie Question - Bluetooth & Backup camera

Can you add Bluetooth to an existing vehicle with a nav system, like a 2001 LC? Can you add a backup camera to an existing vehicle with a nav system, like a 2001 LC?

I know this is a 4x4 board but you guys are great and I figured some one would know.

Don't know, but I doubt it. Hardware interfaces probably aren't there, plus you'd need all new software to run it. I doubt Toyota would give or even sell that to you even if it would run on the older hardware.

But I could be wrong.

The backup camera can be added aftermarket. Go to a high end audio shop and see what they have to say. Bluetooth, I'm not sure.

I looked into the backup camera in OZ and it was $1300 without the ECU so I gave the idea a flick and have purchased a small LCD screen and am now getting a camera for about $160
