How much? Fill it until it runs back out the hole. Buy a couple of gallons to be sure and a pump helps with the filling. Autozone sells gear oil in gallon jugs and has a pump that will fit.

What Jim said. fill it til it oozes out the filler hole. Usually around 3.1 quarts. Don't over fill though, or you'll see it in your hubs...
I use 85-145 for Aussie locker porpusses. Makes it quieter!

I was in the air force a little over 2 years and since I put myself on inactive...I shave a couple times a year...shaving every single day for 7 months was absolute hell...hahaha
