Well I ordered a vacuum valve a while back that should be the right one for the manual vacuum shift conversion, and I'm hoping I can do the conversion this Friday or Saturday (one more project done, yay). While I'm underneath the truck, I'd like to pull the vacuum shift mechanism from the tcase and give it a once-over just to make sure everything's good to go. Anything in particular I should watch out for, or should I just be checking for cleanliness and making sure the diaphragm is in good condition?
