Love the pukey greens!!

55s are lame. It seems every time I'm out on the trail there's some assclown in a 55 breaking down or getting stuck. There's always one in my shop getting one thing fixed or another. It seems like they're built out of whatever the manufacturer had laying around. It's worse than an AMC Jeep.

Im pretty sure I saw that truck on 55 when I was going to work a few times.

Buy it Todd...you need a project

what price range should a pig in that shape go for?

I think it comes down to what you are willing to pay for it since it is somewhat of a rare breed in this area. Seem to be a bunch out west out of the rust belt. Also, in 71 they didnt have AC and disc brakes yet. If I found the right pig for the right price, I would probably ditch the 3rd gen as a DD.

Im gonna call a big ol bag of bull**** right there.

Then you wouldn't have to worry about that pesky ole IFS!

If there was a solid pig to replace the tacoma with.... It would have to get 20MPG though :D

I would. I would even wheel it on the PYS trips..

Tell me again why you sold me your 80?

cause he thought it was "unstable"....

i did not know that. I thought it was because of the highway mpg due to occasional 400mi road trip for work. I was way off. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

I liked the 80 but I like my 3rd gen more. Something just feel right when driving the 80. Felt like there was to much room, along with the mpg thing. A 55 with a vortec V8 would make a good combo.

Now that takes imagination.
