Anybody know the part numbers for the muffler/tailpipe flange nuts and bolts? I don't see them in the EPC.

Got this from a local dealer to save on freight. $222 with their TLCA discount, although the guy tried to charge me $320 when I picked it up. I asked why it would cost more than MSRP ($278), not to mention I should be getting it for the discounted price. "Oh, let me fix that," he said. Do they just mark parts up beyond MSRP and hope no one notices?

Yes, they rob you!!
I go local to try and save the shipping. Girl in parts quotes me like $398 bucks.

I call Sam Stewart and get it shipped to NJ for like $250.

****Caution*****

Not sure if mine was a fluke but it seems like the tailpipe section was like a 1/4" short. Why does that matter you might ask? Because it pulled the oem rubber exhaust mounts forward. The one next to the muffler broke in less than 200 miles. I just replaced it and redrilled holes in the frame bracket to make it line up better.

Interesting. Do you have a cat or are you using a straight pipe?

Bolt- 91511-61035
Nut- 94180-41000
Donut- 90917-06024

Thanks. Got the gasket. But neither I nor the knucklehead at the dealer could find the hardware in the EPC. Now to see if a local dealer has them, or if my exhaust is gonna wait on a shipment from ABQ or Georgia.

I have an aftermarket cat.
I thought it might be the cat so I asked Man-A-Fre what the length of their strait piece of pipe to replace the cat was. Thinking i would pull the cat and install their strait piece. The length he told me was exactly the size of the cat so that kina eliminated that.

Huh. You rebuilt that truck from the ground up, right? Were the exhaust mounts in the factory positions on the frame? I wonder if a PO/muffler shop could have mucked with them. Or, it could just be poor QC Toyota's part. I'll see how mine mates up.

Yep, all factory front to back.
It's a 62 frame but i measure the shock tube crossmember hanger bracket on my old 60 frame and compared it. They are the same.
Who knows, it's a mystery.
