Thanks. Yes, this is a great forum with knowledgeable, helpful folks. I'll be hiring a pro for this; completely hands-off for me. Logistics may be a little more complicated if I buy used, but new shouldn't be a problem.

As a big, strong guy myself--who is usually the guy friends ask to help them move their stuff like this...I've finally discovered that sometimes it's just not worth the strain/risk. The BEST money I ever spent was three years ago when I hired 4 guys and two huge trucks to move ALL heavy stuff from one house to another. First time in my life I didn't do it ALL myself. While I could get away with doing that for decades, it was such a relief (and frankly a bargain) to let others help. For $900 out the door, four guys used two huge trucks ALL DAY with four massive truck-loads.
Done deal.
