my manufacture date is 3/01

axle code RZN171L-CRMDKAB 15x7jj 225/65/15 on the VIN sticker.
diff. code is B07A W59

so it looks like i could have anything from 4.10, 4.30 or 4.55?????

also, would i see any differences if i went from a 16 to a 15 in. wheel?
