All,
My girlfriend’s 4th gen 4runner has 240k miles and the suspension has seen better days. We need to limp it along for another year until we can buy another vehicle. This leaves us looking at better, used suspension.
Found a lead on a 2nd gen Taco suspension. From what I’ve found it does fit on a 4th gen 4runner but will require different bushings in the back. Obviously, rear coils/leafs will be different.
Thinking of purchasing from this Taco owner:
Baja TX suspension:
-UCAs
-front shocks and coils (one assembled, the other partial)
-rear shocks
Questions:
1. Will the Baja TX suspension as noted above fit directly into a 4th gen 4runner?
2. How much is it worth? (I have a solid deal at $260)
Kit has 70k HARD miles on it.
Quick responses are appreciated as I have a friend in the area. Thanks all!
