Working on t-case crossmember and skid plate. Crossmember is 1/2 and was going to use 3/8 for the skids. I think im going to have the inner frame mounting holes milled. Probably over kill but..........Ill probably kill something else.

i'm interested in what you come up with. Mine is almost trashed and IPOR has been "out of stock" for a couple months and has no idea when they will get anymore in.

I'm interested as well. I need to build a new crossmember in a bad way.

Not trying to step on any toes here but,

Heck, give me some ideas of what you are needing and i have the metal already here. Johnny , when you get here tell me what you all are looking for.

3/8 cut I don't think you can call it free hand if you drag the plasma cutter but...

Its been 6 months since I've tigged. Also the offset from 1/2 to 3/8. Doesn't help.

Here is some dirty/rock rashed pics of my sliders I made. I like my brother-in-laws better b/c I added an inch to the tubing and expanded metal. Making his stick out a little wider. The supports are over kill, I got the idea off here which help me alot. But if anybody ever wanted another set I would change them up some.

I got a chance to see the skid Fletcher (rockdragster) is working on this evening......... this thing is beefy, and really slick. Looks great man!

Got finished. Messed up on the drain holes but turned out alright. A few things I would change, but that always happens. This is Stephens.

Sweet! Can't wait to see it in person, and can't thank you enough. Gonna be a blast at URE next month:bounce::bounce2:

OSCAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brodi just left the room :D

Lookin good Fletch. Might consider an arm or brace from the passenger rear corner to the frame (there are some captured nuts avail) but your gussets on the back may be enough. I would insert joke here about Stefan not wheelin hard enough but he has earned the right to no harrassment by paying his dues smashing a tcase before.

cant wait to see it . You need to paint it pink :)
