So I spent an hour+ looking for some ones swing out tire carrier on the rear of a trailer and I could only find one.

If you guys have one would you please post a photo! I am looking for ideas (copy) for one I am going to build onto my M100.

Thanks in advance for any help at all.

Was it mine? :grinpimp:

I just used the same Warn RockCrawler bumper/carrier that I got on my jeeper.

Course I didn't actu'ly mount a tire on it though.

Kowboy,

That is a work of art. I don't know how I missed seeing that in my searches. Beautiful trailer. Nice work!

I haven't seen to many trailers will tires mounted on the back due to weight balance, Kowboy's looks really nice though.

Kowboy, so you have any pics of the front?

Not to be a smart a$$, but as not mounting a tire as opposed to two full jerry. Its all about the 60/40 weight balance.

I'm grooving on the dual fire extinguishers mounted on the trailer.

PhotoG: why not go for the underbed mount with crank up stowage?

I actually have an under the truck spare tire crank with cross member from my truck that I was going to use to do exactly what you mentioned but with a 9.5x32 tire it wouldn't tuck under there far enough for me. Too much hanging down. Looked a bit strange and killed the departure angle. That was my first thought though.

And, I need a project but these -25 temps are major suckage and womacje has two broken wrists so he is no help. :D. He can still hoist a case of beer (one at a time) but has a hard time with anything heavier than that.

Bastard! I'm trying to get you to the metal yard and telling you to stop being a wimp. Isn't that helping. What about throwing a firewood basket on next to the spare tire for carrying to camp.
