Hmm, I've never heard of it being performed on any of the forums before but I don't see why they would make them incompatible for different markets

Maybe worth examining the wiring schematic for both and see if the connectors are the same etc? It's not that difficult to get the instrument cluster in/out so it's not a major job to just give it a try when the car arrives. My KZJ95 had 2 vertical screws holding the fascia in place and 2 (or 4?) horizontal screws holding the cluster to the frame behind the dash. You undo them, lower the steering column, pull the cluster forward a bit. Reach around and undo the plug connected to the back and turn the cluster around the top of the steering wheel as you remove it. The plug on the back as a...
