Suspension...

So I have to replace my suspension on my rig and was wondering what you all reccomend ie brand or should I lift or not.

Need more information; e.g. intended use, vehicle year and options, AHC or not, etc. Also suggest searching and reading - lots of threads on here already. It might give you an idea of options, costs, benefits, etc. And welcome!

It all depends upon what you want to use it for. Fire roads and daily driver, just stay stock, if you're planing on more aggressive terrain or want larger tires, then start looking into a lift. If you want to start adding a winch, steel bumpers, rock sliders and under carriage protection, do a lift with the heavier weight springs and torsion bars.
There are many options, but the first thing to do is lay out a plan.
