Suspension refurb thread?

I hate to ask this and please don't crucify me if you find it on your first search attempt...

I thought I remembered someone making a thread where they went through and replaced all their suspension bushings and wear parts. I am wanting to begin this process and am looking for some tips and parts lists.

I saw that one, I thought there was someone had lots of underbody rust and took everything apart, replaced some stuff and then coated/painted everything

Perhaps you thinking of some of my post from when I did that last year. There were some pictures posted someplace. But, the only thread on parts is the one linked above.
