Installed the Toytec 3" lift, dif drop and MetalTech spring conversion last January at 150k miles without issue, truck felt wonderful without the old tired shocks/springs/bags.

About 4 months and 2k miles ago I started to get some front and rear end thumps over bumps and a feeling in the steering wheel that said 'bushings are dying'. Kind of like that feeling when using a metal softball bat. Slop would be going too far, but it's definitely not as precise and tight as it used to be. I'm assuming the new shocks and springs sent some of the bushings to a quick death.

What should I start replacing to get it back to normal? Control arms? Sway bar links?

You know, I've got about 40k miles with a lift on mine (total of 105k) and I get the same feeling. I am pretty sure it's the lower control arm bushings since I get weird "tracking" issues over road imperfections and I have SPC uppers. My tires look fine but I'm going to have it aligned again and see if it improves.

I’d start by inspecting ball joints for play, visible wear along with the condition of your LCA bushings. Start cheap with swaybar endlinks. Take a good look at your tierod ends as well. All or any of those items could be the cause. My front end started to get loud and it was as simple as swaybar endlinks. But shortly thereafter I replaced UCAs for alignmemt and handling purposes.
Also doesn’t hurt to go back through and make sure everything is torqued and hasn’t come loose after break-in. Rear LCAs thump around if not properly torqued.
