I am getting water running visibly down inside the front driver and passenger sides and onto my floormats as well as running under the carpet. I have run weed eater line down each sunroof corner drain hole as well as used compressed air. This is only noticed when I go through a car wash; is there another drain location I may be missing to cause this problem?

I don’t think there is another place to attempt to clean those drains. I went through the same thing. Eventually, I took apart the trim on the A-pillar so I could gain access to the drain line. The lower portion of the line was completely gone! So I swapped in my own pvc drain line from about half way up the A-pillar all the down to where it drains into the frame. Fixed the problem.
