Hey guys, new poster here after hearing about this forum on reddit. I got a 100 series about 6 months ago and have absolutely loved having it. I took it for an oil change 2 weeks ago (It's a 2001 with ~130k miles). I also got them to change the brakes and replace fluid in the lines. Well, they didn't do a great job checking the brakes because last week I started hearing noise from the rear wheel. I took it back to Firestone and had to replace my rear rotors, calipers, and pads. Anyways, all that's been taken care of and now it seems to be driving ok. However, I just noticed my rear vent panels won't open nor will my sunroof. I can hear the sunroof make a noise (coming from the button) but I don't seem to have any movement. All of this was working fine a few weeks ago. I've called Firestone and they say they didn't mess with any electrical and can give no reason as to what may be causing this. (And to clarify, I'm not accusing them either. I'm just a little hesitant to trust them after they said they'd check my pads, told me they were ok, then I had problems with them only a few days later.)
Does anyone here have insight into what may be causing my sunroof and rear vents to not work. Any suggestions on things to check?
