Suggestions on Paint Anyone?

I would like to paint the front grill of my truck... The "wanna be" chrome color is chipping away. I figure Black would suit it well. Any suggestions on type of paint or spray bomb, and how I go about this process?

scuff it up and paint with black spray bomb...a couple light coats then one heavy and let dry...

I had thought about chroming the whole thing. Not cheap, but I think it would look great!

Yes - I agree... Chrome would look nice and shiny, however I am leaning towards the "black" , thinkin it will give it the look of a "lean, mean, cruizin machine..."
