Stuck Door Lock

Hi all,
I have a seemingly odd problem. The door lock on the driver’s side gets stuck in lock and I have to go around to the passenger side and open the driver door. I click the unlock button to no avail. I’ve looked up solutions on the internets and found everything to taking off the door panel to spraying WD-40 haphazardly into the lock. Any suggestions?

That is odd. I guess you could always take the Dukes of Hazard “vehicle entry approach”, although that be good going for a 200 series…
