STS Turbo on 80-series (1 Viewer)

I've seen a few cars and trucks equipped with STS Turbos and I've gotta say they work bitchin', thinking about adapting one to my LX. STS doesn't make a kit for the 80 series, but it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

CruiserDan said TRD doesn't do anything to enrich the air/fuel mixture during boost, which seems nuts. What the heck is TRD thinking? Could be detonation city. There's gotta be a nice clean way to put a little more gas in there, one of the STS tricks is to increase the fuel pressure during boost. A timing/boost controller would be good too.

Coming from a 22RE background, I wonder if there aren't some larger flow injectors from another vehicle that could be used? Easy on a 22RE, just get injectors from a 22RET.

Touche, I did spend a lot more time in NP than TO. Many fond memories of growing up in NP, though.
