Waypoint Spotlight by Streamlight (Pics)

We just received two "Waypoints" by Streamlight at the store this last week. One of them sold in less than 2 days, and I jumped on the other shortly after. I figured I would post some pics of it since I know this would be very useful to you guys also. Hopefully we will be getting more in soon (or you can order off the internet.)

Here are the specs on Streamlights website

WayPoint® Series - WayPoint® | Streamlight

It's a very compact and light unit that puts out a ton of light. For $69 you can't beat a light that runs for 8.5hrs on high beam, 120hrs on low beam, and also runs off a 12v car outlet. It also has an adjustable stand so you can place it on the ground while working under your rig, or anywhere around camp for that matter. The body of the light is very "beefy" looking and I bet this thing can take some abuse.

If you have one of those monster maglites in the truck, toss it in the garage and get one of these.

What type of battery do they use?

I once used an old Q-Beam (no battery) to see while I bent my fan back out of my radiator, but then I had to roll start because the light killed my battery...

4 "C" batteries, or the 12v power cord. Its an LED light, and last 8.5hrs on high, and 120hrs on low.
