Stratton Mountain Resort in Southern Vermont has just finalized plans to host a Stratton/Toyota event here at Stratton August 25-26. The event will be called the “Toyota Trail Challenge” and will include 2 days of off-road driving instruction (featuring various challenge courses and features, classroom style instruction, vendor set up, kids activities, an opportunity for participants to drive to the summit and more…) The vision of the event is to host a Toyota Off-Road Rally, where participants will bring their personal 4WD Toyota vehicles up to the mountain (Toyota is the official vehicle of Stratton Mountain). The base area near the gondola will be given over to vendor set-up and display. The FJ Trail Team is slated to head this way, and they can give demos and lessons on a few teaching features that we will build in the main base area. Participants will be allowed to drive to the summit of the mountain, another big pull. We also have some sort of dinner/ BBQ party on Saturday night. There would not be a fee to set up, but vendors would be responsible for their own lodging, meals, etc. while they are here.
If your company would be interested in this event, please e-mail a response back ASAP to
STR-Marketing@intrawest.com
Thank you,

Do we as a club want to do something with this?
