Strange Squeeking under the truck

Hey yall,
I have an 84 2wd long bed pickup. It is making a strange squeeking sound when under load. For example, when starting off i begin to let the clutch out and it just starts a constant squeek squeek squeek untill i get into second or 3rd gear. I thought It may be a U joint but I wasnt sure. When I looked under the truck the tail housing of the trans was wet with what looks like the gear oil. It definitly is not comming from the engine compartment and I can tell its from the transmission back. I replaced the throughout bearing and clutch about 10k miles ago.

Check to see if you have sufficient gear oil, since you notice the leak.
