Any reason why I can't just sawzall off my body mounts? I think the new ones come with bolts and nuts fused to the mount. If I just cut 'em won't the mount come out in two pieces, and the bolt wll fall out? I know I can't get 'em all but I'm really getting ticked!

Let me know, I'm looking in the sawzall case for the right blade as we speak.

The sawzall approach would work fine, may take a while, but if you don't care about the old rubber mounts or the paint on your frame, a torch works very well, its faster too. The body mounts under the cowl have to be unbolted as they are threaded into the body(on FJ40's at least) :G

I used a Sawzall on the bolts I couldn't wrench out - particularly the back 4!

Yeah using a sawzall will take hours. I remember cutting my spring bushings off my pick-up with a sawzall and it took all day. What a pain!
