So fronts, I have two sets, 1 LX and 1 LC, IIRC the LX springs are slightly softer.

Kevin also has a set of OME Heavies for an FJC if needed/wanted - not sure how they compare to stock 80 springs, but should be close in length and spring rate - since the stock 80 shock is compatible with the springs. Check with Kevin, if anyone needs 'em...

Interesting, I have never heard of someone using the softer sets from a LX...the OE 80's I have are great for articulation / ride - are the LX version the same height, just thinner / slower compression & rebound?

There were a few spring rates used in the '80, depending on year, 3rd row seats, etc. IIRC the LX got the softest of the bunch. The springs used make a pretty big difference in ride and lift height when installed on Runners. The difference is in wire size/number of coil winds combination.
