I currently have an issue where at certain times my stock exhaust will make contact with my Slee Belly pan and make this annoying rubbing sound. Has anybody run into this issue and have a resolution for it? I tried to wrap DEI exhaust wrap around where it makes contact but as you can probably imagine, this doesn't really solve anything.

I had the same issue. Cut and weld. It was worse when the EMS exhaust was on.

Mine looks like this and all of the holes are circle.

I was hoping this issue would be from an bad exhaust hangar but I checked and all of mine are good. Getting that belly pan off is a beast but if I have to cut and re-weld I will do so. It only rubs when the Cruiser is warmed up and on the trails it's pretty annoying.

Heat the exhaust with a blowtorch until it gets red and use a crowbar to "bend" it a little so that it does not rub the belly pan... Might have to heat two or three different spots to get it just right.

Well I am about to put this same pan on so you have my attention.

grind pan, heat and bend exhaust are your only options (I vote for SSinVlza"s idea... exhaust)
