I've removed the stock body mounts and I'm not sure if anyone has written up the actual sizes, so here's what I've got for my 1987 FJ60. I've numbered them from 1 to 6 where 1 is the mount in the very front of the truck and 6 is the mount in the very back.

Mount----top-----bottom-----bolt length
------------------------------------------------------
#1------50mm-----45mm------100mm
#2------60mm-----55mm------100mm
#3------75mm-----55mm------130mm
#4------60mm-----45mm------130mm
#5------75mm-----55mm------100mm
#6------60mm-----55mm------100mm

The top mount is the one directly under the body. The bottom mount is the one under the frame support. The bolt length does not include the extra length of the head. It is the length of the bolt shaft only.:)

I hope this helps someone!

When I was looking into body mounts it seemed to be the concensus that different sized body mounts were used depending on the direction of the wind for that particular week, month, year, for each of the manufacturing plants, and was highly dependent on the individual assembly line crew member's mother-in-law's name. Making them all different sizes with no reason.

I don't know if there are different sizes for the mounts for the different years of FJ6x. It doesn't seem correct since the cup sizes in the frame should be similar across all years for manufacturability. I've only got two 87 FJ60's to compare with and they are the same.

DJ, have you sourced new ones, yet?

I just bought the ones from 4crawler. I'm not sure how they'll work, but they're not exactly the same size as the originals from the manufacturer. But, the difference in size is probably negligible. I'll post more once I get my frame back from galvanizing and get it put back together...
