I've got an old toyota radio that you can have if it's any good to you. Its out of a 75 if I remember correctly. Shipping may be a killer.

Edit. Plug looks that same. Should plug straight in.

Yes, shipping will be problematic, let me take a stab at making a harness, I do appreciate the offers. This forum is of great help. Now to look through the FSM to find the radio pinout.

Just curious, does this radio utilize the same FM band that is used in North America. My JDM radio used a much lower band.

I've got a double din toyota AM/FM tape and CD player I removed from my HZJ77. Plugs into the factory harness and is for North American market. I only removed it because I needed single din to fit gauges. Pm if you're interested

This radio was also available in the U.S. domestic market. The shop has a 1992 or 1993 Camry that had that exact radio in it.

25+ year old radio that is referred to as "new school". ..... Geeez!

Unless my JDM radio had issues, which I don't think was the case, the FM band was much lower than that of the North American version. It's in the scrap box along with miles of useless wire. :)
