Still hitting bump stops after new air bags

Installed new air bags in my '11 and they raise/lower for hooking up the trailer, but I'm still hitting the bump stops as I drive.

Thoughts?

Hitting bumpstops with or without the trailer? If with a trailer, about how much tongue weight, and are you using a WDH?

Without. I went back and adjusted the level arm all the way to the top and it gets ~ 1/2" off the bump stop now

Assuming there's air in the air bags? That's really odd.

Shocks are bad.

If youre hitting bumps that are having you touching the bump stops the shocks are no longer doing their jobs.

Airbags/springs maintain height, shocks keep them from compressing too fast.
