ARB and a Warn 8K winch. He picked up the bumper this weekend, the winch is on back order. Not sure if he will have it installed by Saturday, but we will see...

so when are we heading back out to test out the new purchased items?

Thanks for the pictures Gabe and thanks again for giving me a hand with this install. I have the ARB bumper sitting in my garage right now. 4 Wheel Parts thinks they might have my winch Thursday or Friday....crossing my fingers. I'll post pics as soon as i get it in.

Those 893's might be a little soft with all that weight you are adding to the front... I hope not but from what I have read on other posts they might be.

Seeing as how the 883's, 884's, 885's, and 886's all have the same spring rate, only differing in spring length it should work just fine. We'll see.

Ya? Have we set up a run yet for this month? Since this will be only my second time out, maybe some where easy again? Not that Tayhua was that easy, but I think we could have stock FJ's with us no problem. Or maybe a snow run before it all melts away?

From what I have read the 886 spring rate is at 660lbs/sq in while the other two are at 590lbs/sq in.

Yeah, and I love it!!!!! Front end was level with the rear before the install, now sits a half inch lower than the rear. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the new set-up. I'll post pics when I can. I'm in Sacramento right now and don't have any way of uploading the pics. I think I'm going to try to hook up with some locals here and try to hit Frank Raines while I'm down here.

Here's a pic showing my new bumper and winch someone took on a run this week at Frank Raines ORV Park in CA. (...an amazing place to wheel...)

your licence plate frame is on upside down.

Looks good, but IB14A69 is right, flip your license plate frame... :D

Yeah, I knew I'd catch hell for that one. There are only screw holes in the bumper for the bottom of the plate, and only screw holes in the top of the plate frame. I should just take the stupid frame off completely so it doesn't look so dumb.
