Well I'm actually attempting to do some of my own service in I dont know how long. You should have seen me tryin to remember how to load a grease gun! Messy! :)

Anyways, My knuckles looked really dry when looking over my 40, so I removed the fill plug and started pumping in some grease, when I realized I have no idea how much is suppose to go in there. So before I blow my seals all over the driveway...anyone know?

Of course I cant find my manual when I'm looking for it either.

the answer is ..................lots. Ill use a bucket of grease when doing a knuckle job. So use a tube per side? something like that.

I just finished installing mine too, and in the manual it says 3/4 full, so I just packed her full like Dan said.
Cheers,
Deny
