starter relay part# and question PLEASE

Hi, could someone please provide me with the parts number for the starter relay for an 1984HJ60 with 12Volts?
Also, where should the relay be located exactly?
Mine is missing, and instead the wires are wired into a flimsy aftermarket relay that I want to get rid of.

28300-54020 if before Nov 84
28300-54070 if after Nov 84

On the 70 series it is bolted on the inner fender behind the air cleaner. On the 60 it should be somewhere there too...
