Stainless Fabrication in the Valley

Anyone with recommendations on stainless fabrication in the Valley? In particular I'm looking to find someone who can fabricate a stainless water tank to sit up under my Troopy. Any pointers for someone to help out with this project?

My buddies at Pedal Down Fabrication in Mesa love doing stainless. It's an engineer side project. They do stay pretty busy though.

Do you have a specific buddy I should reach out to? I want to find someone/someones to discuss the project with... need to plan it out with someone who knows the ins/outs of fabricating in stainless...
