Taking the 'Yeti-7000'. Just read on their FB site, 'no costume, no win' guess I need to pack a costume.

Trying to decide if I should just get in character before I leave Boise and just keep the costume on the entire time. This was from our Xmas fun run a few years ago...I was the only Jesus that showed up; this photo made the AP wire though.

Haven't drank that much beer in a long time.

Alaska was awesome, saw Denali ( a rare event, I'm told only about 20% of vistiors get a glimpse of it), road some awesome trails, met some cool people, saw an expedition built 70 series on the highway and a few 60s around town, but no other cruiser sightings besides that.

Race day outfit, I decided to go with the 70's look, got the outfit from my dad's closet. Polyester, the original technical fabric.

No chafing...it was a slow race, kinda of like Tour de Fat meets single speed mountain biking.
