Alright, some of you may have seen a quick glance at the spring tide ride thread before I moved it to it's own forum, if you haven't you didn't miss much, however ANYONE that is interested in being a part of the organization of the 2010 Spring Tide Ride can be a part of it.

This is a private forum for only those permitted, all this means is that you need to go to your USER CP (upper left hand side of the screen) click on that and then find the GROUP MEMBERSHIPS (Link on the left hand side of columns) click on that and find the ONSC forums. You will then click on it to join the forum. It's that simple, once you have joined all you have to do is post up any thoughts, ideas, or responsibilities you feel you are willing to assist with. Brian has already put quite a few members together for each commitee to make sure we cover everything and their family can sit back and relax a littler more this coming year. Lets do everything we can to make this yet another fun and exciting event. Keep in mind we are planning to use this year as a background to the 2011 TLCA Sanctioned Spring Tide Ride.

If you have any questions or issues shoot me a quick PM.

Thanks,
Greg

Look for these to arrive in everyone's mailbox in the next week or so. I'd like to have committments by the weekend of the Farm (Feb 7). After the Farm, I'm going to open it to to other clubs...

Thanks, I can't take credit. Heather's the artwork master... I just have the ideas...

X2 .... that looks great. Love the black/white STR logo. That could be a keeper.

ONSC club members:

I'm sure everyone who is/was at one time a member of ONSC has recieved a postcard on this year's Spring Tide Ride. Only two were returned via USPS, and we're contacting those members personally. However, we have only received confirmations from some members. Those members, I would also like you to use the registration form on the ONSC website. Joe has it up and running, and will provide information to both him and I.
So, since the Feb. 6th deadline has passed, I am assuming all other members are either unsure if they'll be able to make the event, or are going to pass on the event.
So, on 01MAR2010, Joe will switch the registration form so non-ONSC members can register. I will announce open registration to the surrounding area clubs, and from then on, registration is first come first served, and limited to 50 trucks/families.
We'd like to see all ~60 ONSC members and families make the trip. It will be family fun for all, and NOT your typical trail ride!

Slick registration! Just note there is a button at the top right to submit once all the forms are populated. Nice work Joe and Brian. I dig it!!

Greg I sent you a PM

Brian/Joe, Can we go ahead and get a write up about the ride on the club website? I would like to make the STR logo and portfolio available for them to browse.

I am thinking that sendning the sponsorship letters out and including such things as a club website in the letter might send vendors to the site to see more information.

ALL MEMBERS:
Please take the time to add any photos you might have to the club website so that we have pictures for vendors to look at. If you have any issues with this please let Joe (llittle_joe) know.

Thanks.

Julie and I didn't get one, but we are attending as far as I know.

Bill, your address was not on the address list I received from Ramon. But, as long as you register on the website, there is no problem!

Registered!

I'm quite sure it wasn't and certainly wasn't trying to imply otherwise. We were so upset we were unable to go last year that we made it a point to set aside the time this year. :)

Oh, not a problem. There was a note saying ?sent email", and we thought we sent you an email. But it could possibly be Ramon's note to himself, since we got the most up to date member list from him....

Anyway, I put your name on my list, so you're signed up.

Everyone, keep an eye on the website, as we'll need additional info from all, (days attending, etc.)

I just registered, there are now 9 spots taken.

Thanks Joe for creating the registration form; looks good. One suggestion would be to add a note field where we could specify days we plan to attend.

I have 17 with the online regs, emails from the post cards, and a few verbals (verbals need to make it official, although I'm putting them in the order I recieve)...
