Trying to install MAF 30mm front spring spacers on my 94 and the spacers won't fit over the factory bump stops. There's roughly 3/4 inch gap and they're so tight they won't go any further. What am I doing wrong?

Front or rear? Rear are bigger diameter. Front spacers will not go on them. If front, then you have wrong spacers.

Yes, front. I have both and yes, very different.
Just get the springs in place and lower the truck and the weight should push them up.

Without tearing them? They're really tight..
That's what I did, poly stretches
First of all just make sure you have the correct ones for that particular axle.
You can lube them a bit and force them in.
I used a small hammer and hit them as much as I could all the way around.

A little silicone spray and put the rig wight on them.
I heated mine up in oven for a little bit then silicone spray and used hammer and piece of wood and kept working around them till they went up.

Spacers are in. Vehicle weight was the key. Thank you everyone for your replies.
