I ordered a pair of 1.25" extended Daystar greasable shackles for my Tacoma, will I need spring shims in order to correct the pinion angle? Has anyone here ran these or something similar on any of the newer trucks and or 4Runners, what were your experiences?

If your running standard springs, the pinion angle will be fine with those extended shackles.

Shed Guy, I am running the stock leaf packs with an add a leaf, so I'll hopefully be fine, thanks for the info

I thaught I'd post a report on the Daystar extended shackles, they kick ass, the ride is just as smooth as it was stock and I have a little more flex in the rear(and I'm running a 2" Pro Comp add-a-leaf). I wouild definently recommend these to any Taco/truck owners out there :D
