Spring Meeting. (March)

Ok guys,

This Thread is for a spring meeting. We are going to try to do a formal meeting with officers to make some calls on whets going on. If we want to make a day out of it I suggest making it a tech meeting. I am open the Weekend of the 10th and 11th in March. Does this work for others? Post if it does. If we want to make it a tech meeting does someone have something they need fixed, that we can do in the course of an afternoon? Let’s also plan for a meeting site. If we do not want to make it a tech session that leaves us open for a variety of places to meet. So Please post your feed back on Where when and what.

Tech is fine. We can volunteer our shop for that if Jim doesn't want to..

We don't wanna meet at my shop, cause there is an FJ45 blown to bits in it. No room to walk, let alone get another truck inside for any kind of tech.

Of course, y'all could watch me do a 4WDB conversion or something like that.

I am guessing we need to elect a new club secretary If so anyone volunteer the election will be held this coming meeting.

Jim sounds like you will be there ?

Phaedrus : Keep up on the BBS here i am hoping we can plan for a summer canoe trip this meeting and discuss Coal mine and some other events.

What do we need to do for food is there a consensus ? I think we could do pizza or SUbs i know there is a subway near the shop. BYOB?

Jason, we should just hold permanent elections now and do the nominations in this thread..

Also, I'll take the responsibility of takin' pics and doing a write up to give TJK for a follow-up in trails.

That sounds fine to do elections now that way the officers can prepare what ever it is they need for the meeting.


Steve, If the OME lift is in we can do it.

Marty, Maybe if you can come up we can do 2 at once if it isnt to big of a head ache ???
