Any interest in doing a Spring meetup at one of the micro brews in the G.R. area ? Something like this was done a few years ago and a good sized group attended. Thinking April 5 th.. Thoughts ?

That sounds cool! My daughter hasn’t worked at the last place we met for years so I don’t have contacts for that one anymore.

I have MIL obligations the third week of March. Somehow nothing in April.
If there might be interest in shirts I could use my current set up and mod the verbiage. I’d only need a headcount and an idea of sizes and styles etc if that could help.

This is a link to what I have. The graphics can be modded for the front or back if I get enough motor with a different grill for the front or verbiage for the back.

We're still planning on it! Any idea where? Places with decent parking lots I can think of would be Founders in G.R., Archival on West River Ave in G.R., The city lot behind Rockford Brewing Co.

I'm sure there are others. Sadly, I don't think any of those are places you can have a pint in hand and look at trucks- would be more of a foray into the parking lot, then back inside. I went to a brewery (Front Yard Brewing) outside Austin TX a couple years ago that had a meet up of about 30 cruisers and you could march right out there carrying your brewski. Was awesome.

I gave up beer for lent anyway, so I'm boring for several more weeks, lol.

Sounds great! Still trying to get a (well) running old Cruiser to bring. I always forget the 200 is good to go. It seems like cheating so I always forget.
