I live in Enderby but never mind going to Kelowna since I know that's where most of you guys are located. I always find things I need from there anyways.

subscribed.....I was up on the mountain behind gofast's place 2 weeks ago and the snow is leaving nicely, still a ton up high though. Went through a water hole that was just over my front bumper and my tail pipe was motorboatin. If we stick to the first range of hills along the lake it will be good.

I went out myself the last two days. Snow is still there but with chains I could get pretty far, Until my winch cable snapped last night. Luckily no one got hurt.

Really tests your recovery gear when you get stuck and end up sitting on your belly. It is the same with a quad only about 16 times heavier/worse.

How bout a trail run somewhere near Vernon or along hwy 6 towards Lumby followed by the Sir Winston Pub? Somewhat central for both the kelowna and kamloops crowd and the roads are beginning to open up as the snow continues to melt.

Any suggestions on places to go nearby? Perhaps Vernon hill and seeing if we can drive over it if there isn't snow? It's to the immediate right of the city of Vernon on pg 17 in your Backroads Mapbook and seems to offer some views of the valley

17th should be good. I haven't wheeled around vernon so happy to go along.

Not into body damage but do like technical challenges.

I can scout it out to see if its worth a go. Could be full of dead fall, several feet of snow, a boring smooth road with walls of trees the whole distance or open meadows and valley vistas. Ill do so this week, probably Thursday or Friday if I can't do so any sooner.

If anyone knows of any other great spots nearby post em up and I can see if I can scout them at the same time. Also open to company on either Thursday or Friday
