Sponsors go big at HIH

This year was my first year at Hundreds in the Hills and it did not disappoint. Johnathan, Chris and Stan put on a great event. They were also able to bring in some really great sponsors who all threw out enough serious gear to build a full truck; bumpers, racks, shocks, diff drops, gift certificates to Nitro Gears, etc. I had a great streak of luck and won a rear bumper for my 100 from Bump It Offroad. It really shows the dedication of the these vendors when they are willing to give away a $1000 bumper at an event like this. The smaller vendors really stepped up to the plate at this event. If you are in the market for a new bumper or sliders give Mike's stuff at BIOR a look.

I will be calling Mike in the next few days to place an order for my new bumper. Maybe next year I can win the Gamiviti rack that was given out.

I second the comment above! You would think it's an easy deal for a big vendor to throw some stuff at a good event but still hard as hell to get that happening!
On the other hand, the sponsors for HIH have been stepping up big time! Small companies playing big! That bumper was 1 number away from my ticket (congrats Paul). I also do have a Gamiviti rack on my truck given away at last years event and Tim blew me away when he comes around handing out a new set of redesigned mount brackets to all who have his racks (including the free ones)!
Most big companies out there you would have to put up a fight to get a replacement anything and here comes this guy telling me that he came up with a better version of his stuff and I get it as well! WOW, !
If you are out there considering to swap your stock roof rack with something different go check theirs first! Lots of options out on the market but Gamiviti is good stuff for far less money than the big names and you'll be dealing with Tim so that's a no brainer.
Now I'm looking at Bump It for my bumper, thanks to all the great sponsors!

I couldn't agree more with Paul. The sponsors really stepped up and helped make this a great event. There definitely was plenty of "big" items donated, along with shirts, hats, stickers, and fun items for the kids. Thanks to all the sponsors for being so generous.

A special thank you to Mountain Khakis and ICON. I was fortunate enough to bring home 2 gift certificates (1 from MK for $75 and 1 from ICON for $500!).

Awesome guys. Glad to see all the love for the sponsors. They really make the event special with their generosity. Be sure to check all the names on the back of the HIH shirt when you are deciding on a vendor to purchase stuff from. Can't go wrong with any of them, IMHO.
