Speedometer swap?

Hi all, I am looking for a speedometer for my HDJ80.

I know many have bought the almost identical HDJ81 and may have swapped their speedometer for one with MPH instead of KPH as it would be from the Japanese market. My MPH speedometer trip and cam belt reset when AWOL due to me being a bit heavy handed. So anyone have a spare speedometer they can sell me MPH or KPH?

I think I have a later-model MPH version left over from when I swapped to an earlier-model MPH version (PO did KMH-to-MPH swap but it turns out that early vs. late model rigs have slightly different speedo gearing so I was always running a few MPH fast....that was a real head-scratcher to figure out!).....let me poke around in my parts piles and see if I still have it, and what I have.

I have internals from a FJ80 1991 (in MPH) with a faceplate from a later model....no cam belt in this though.

Hi and thanks for that, the early versions were cable driven and then swapped to electric. If it is going to work I think the speedo needs to be marked 'J25' in the lower right corner? I have the dashboard and speedo apart out in the workshop, I can check later.
