Speaking of Vacuum Hoses - got some blue & need a favor

can anyone do a higher resolution scan of the Emission Controls System page 3-3: component layout and schematic drawing of the SM for an '86 fj60 and email it to me at srplus@hotmail.com . would really appreciate it since my SM is australian and does not have all this garbage. the ones i have been able to find on the net are not high enough resolution. or just fax me a copy at: (850) 222-3348. thanx

ALSO, i just bought 100' of BLUE silicone 51135K151 Silicone Rubber Tubing Firm, 1/8" Id, 1/4" Od, 1/16" Wall, Blue (Same as 51135K15) from McMaster-Carr for $ .57 / ft. and although i am replacaing all of my vacuum hoses i doubt i will need it all... if you want some i will share at cost plus freight. IT IS BLUE! so don't be surprised. it should look good in my blue crusier. if you buy from them in the 25' or 50' quantities the cost is $ .81 / ft plus freight for colors or black. if you want it, again - email me at srplus@hotmail.com.

According to posts here 100' might do three cruisers... i figure 2 cause i think there is actually more than 30' of this size per my rough calculations.

you have an Australian emissions fsm? you wanna trade for a usa emission fsm for 1976 fj40 2f? its basically the same setup for the fj60 2f. Which emissions system are you looking for, section 3-3 in the 76' fsm emissions manual is the evap system.

i saw a couple of low res gif’s and jpgs on this site when i did searches for vacuum info. http://www.sweetillusions.org/toyota/6.pdf comes close, but i have the part numbers already in a tiff file… i am replacing ALL of the vacuum hoses in my 60... am tired of trying to trace down where PO’s mechanics failed to connect hose or just couldn’t figure out where a hose went so they left it hanging, check valves in the wrong direction, etc. I think I am about 95 to 98% correct now and might even be 100%. I want to be completely positive that everything is right. a couple of good jpgs showing all from right and left sides would be invaluable.

i will be certain only after all the new hose is blue and I am SURE each is on the right nipple at both ends (like I would rather be than do this). This is something I am only going to do once and will insure it is always correct after that.

i have the toyota 2F Engine Repair Manual NO 98126 copyright 1977 from oz. not really interested in any trades unless it is for something specific to my fj60 '86 model march manufacture date... have downloaded bunches of gigs from birfield et al, re my car and also have epc on disc & tifs of all the parts. really wish there was somewhere where the complete set of all service manuals for my vehicle were on the net available for download.
