Wanted SPARE TIRE LOCKING BOLT

Ok folks I'm 94% there in terms of getting the new to me handle bar style spare tire carrier attached under my 45. I'm however still looking for the very unique "bolt" (can't figure out what else to call it) that locks the spare tire carrier into the up position. I thought finding the handle bar spare tire carrier was going to be impossible but it happened thanks to MUD and Mark so I figured I may as well roll the dice again. Please see pictures below of the "bolt" I'm talking about.
