Wanted Spare Tire Hinge FJ40 - Lower Hinge

I need a complete hinge for a spare tire carrier on a 1970 Fj40. Both upper and lower hinges are the same. I only need one hinge but will purchase a pair if needed.

Just an FYI, the threaded part of the hinge pin is supposed to be long enough for a castle nut to seat and have a hole to stake it with a cotter pin. It looks like that one has been cut.
