Dang Edwin! I was looking forward to seeing y'all again! I'll get with you on the raffle stuff and thanks for supporting the Crawl!

I have a buddy from San Marcos coming. My brother in Houston, a Jeep friend, and maybe a buddy from Kerrville.
What's your trail rate willingness Rock hor?

Sounds good! As far as trail rate willingness.... Well, I guess that depends on the mood :)

right on! what are the specs on the rig?
all those mentioned people are 37's and up (tire size).
we usually run 3's and up. you're welcome to run w/ us if ya want.
I have three tent sites reserved and I might have some room for ya if you want to camp w/ us.

That would be great if I could squeeze into your camp. Just let me know. Same goes for running with you.
Yeah I'm a 3 and up kinda guy. Sitting on 35's I get hosed here and there on 4+'s but I get by.
Specs? Well, I've been meaning to set up my signature but just haven't. Here's some off the top of my head..22re w/DOA Racing head, 1 ton clutch, 5spd, dual cases, late model rear end, Chro mo goodies in front axle, Hi steer, 5:29's rollin 35" Goodyears, full roll cage, canback top, custom springs w/orbit eyes in front set/Johnny joints in the rear. 5" lift total. I think there's more but then we'd have less to talk about around the campfire. Registering for the event today! Can't wait.

Right on! I keep ya posted on the camp site. I have 3 of them. Just need to see who flakes out as it gets closer.

All of you guys that have never been to Superlift are going to love this park! Plenty of challenge if you want it. Also plenty of mild wheeling for anyone that is just getting started. Our club goes several times a year. CottonLand thanks you guys for coming. We always have fun!! Can't wait!

Thanks Bodean. Really been looking forward to it. The guys from our club that went last year haven't stop talking about how nice it was. We'll see you up there.

Bobby

Bump. Anyone else thinking about going?

Unfortunately I'm not going to make it. Just canceled my reservations for 3 tent sites. So you better act quick if you want one.
I will definitely be at K2 Oct 24-27 though.

We are 1 month out!! Registration will close on 30 Sept. Please register ASAP so you you will be guaranteed a t-shirt. See y'all soon!

Register today!

ATTENTION: It looks like we will have a food trailer set up on site doing breakfast and lunch for Friday and Saturday. Sunday breakfast as well. Just wanted to clue y'all in so you won't pack a bunch of food if you chose to go that route. Prices are reasonable if not cheap!

Thanks Bodean.
Few questions for you.
1. Does the registration fee cover dinner for Friday and Saturday or just one of the nights?
2. Is it too late to purchase additional meal tickets?
3. What are the fees to get into the park for the weekend and are there different rates if you're not camping there?
Thanks! Really looking forward to the trip. See ya out there Thursday eve or Friday morn.

Bobby

so who went? any pics? wish I could have made it!

I'm the only one from Austin that went. It may take me a few days before I post pics. I don't have anything really exciting but they are pretty to look at. That place is incredible though. Definitely going back next year.

I know there was a lot of people there! how was the trail situation? Lot of traffic on every trail?

I usually make a trip up there every spring. Non event weekends usually.

I'm really bummed I missed it. Just started a new job 3 weeks ago and didn't feel that they would like it to much if I missed two days already.

Look forward to seeing some of your pics!

I didn't wheel too much due to running the event but the times I went out the trails were not jammed up. Superlift has good traffic flow normally. 123 rigs were there and there was a lot of wheeling going on. Gotta get more Austin guys to make the trip for sure! Dates for next year are Oct 16-19 2014 so put them on the calendar. The 10th year Crawl is gonna be epic!

Hey Jeff, Thank you for putting on such a great event. That was my first time there and it definitely won't be my last.
I couldn't believe how open everything was with that many rigs. We wheeled about 90% of the 3's and 4's and didn't run into one bit of traffic.:steer:
Already planning for next year. Here is a link to some pics. Nothing too exciting but shows some scenery to those that haven't been.
