I saw that too, but I can't find anyone selling them online (to get an idea on price).

You really think Bi-Mart's carrying those?

Curtis

My friend Brent bought some Bio Degradable clays from the BiMart here in GP about ... 6 months ... a year ago. I don't know what brand but I do know they were biodegradable.

Who is Brent? I thought you only had 2 friends? :flipoff2:

He has two? That must be expensive. All my friends charge a lot....

I would not shoot clays at Sourdough, biodegradable or not... it may start a bad thing down there... If you're bored, go fix that bad spot in the road on the way down..... :D

It's all good we just shoot them over the river so the clays and lead drop in the water and aren't visibly polluting..... kidding :flipoff2:

Great so bring lots of shotgun shells ; p

Alright,

Leaving tomorrow around 10am if all goes well. Then have to head back sometime Sat. afternoon. Someone got an extra beater golf club I can borrow??

Curtis

I will be bringing about 4 clubs. Should be heading out around 9 - 10 tomorrow. My Dad is already down there and Travis and Matthew should be arriving shortly.

Have fun!

I've been working in Prospect, get to come home Friday night to about 20+ relatives, return chairs and tables saturday AM and then head over to Crescent City for more family fun.. maybe I'll squeeze a little surfin'.

You know the "short cut" to Crescent City Kief, I will keep one cold for you .

So, everyone home safely?

I had a GREAT time and hated to have to leave early. Thank you again Garett for the invite, and thanks Travis and Garett and everyone (especially Doug as well) for the warm hospitality.

Oh, and thanks for airing my rig down in camp; it made the ride out a LOT more comfortable.

Curtis

It was great having you down there Curtis, it's a sweet place to go and mellow out for a few days. We will be down there again and the invite will be there as well.

My Dad said he didn't know you were leaving early so you have to come back out soon to shoot the 22 mag.

So it's actually north of the border? For some reason I'd thought it was south of it.

The "saddle" where McGrew ends and meets all the other dirt roads is about a mile into Cali. If you click the "show labels" box you can "drive" south back to that saddle, and then Lower Divide Road/Wimer Road is what takes you all the way back to Obrien.

More:

You can see that the road from Obrien to Sourdough dips into Kali three times. This is important to know, since of course each time that happens you need to stop, unload your firearms, and lock them up.

:p

Yes, that is why the trip takes so long, wouldn't want to break any bleading heart californian liberal laws and offend some movie stars sence of reality.
