As I’m now in the process of finally replacing ignition coils and injectors on our 08 200, I’m wondering if others have found high quality aftermarket components such as these .

I typically prefer OEM for the 200, but with manufacturers such as NGK and ?? out there, I’m wondering if I should consider them.

Some mentioned Rock Auto too, which has great pricing but price isn’t everything..

Some items are OEM only for me, but thinking there are other equal ( or even superior perhaps ) quality parts out there to consider.

OEM, or if you can find an OEM manufacturer like Denso (who makes the stuff for toyota) those are generally acceptable.

Me personally, I'd consider ignition coils and injectors a "OEM only" part. There are anecdotes here on MUD of folks who bought non-toyota coils and they failed rather quickly. I buy this kind of stuff straight from my local dealer (who has very fair pricing for online orders, then I stop in and pick them up). Or you can order online from any of the dealers that specialize in nationwide online sales. I can't remember what dealers-- Camelback comes to mind. My local dealer is Stevinson Toyota West and they'll ship online orders if you want. ...this is assuming your local dealership is one of the more typical high cost ones.

I found a dealer in Lakeland Florida that sells nationally online, and yes, they were very fair. My local dealership is known for gouging, but I gave them a shot and they were so out of line, I told the parts department guy they were full rip offs, and he said I should send a letter to the Parts Manager and let him know....Not bothering, as they are fully aware they are rip offs......so I do not give them my business at all....and will travel or buy online to avoid them...
