I think it should look more like this.

OEM from a Toyota parts Turk is always best, but if you don't have one nearby...

Edit: manual locking hub should be the same for 60 and 70 series, unless it's been changed to non oem.

That spring is not serviced. You have to buy the dial assembly to get it.
