since it got warm I just put the rear 3rd in the 40. Unfortunately it's a later model bigger pinion flange
I stole half the front driveshaft off the 77 (which I should probably sell before it becomes MORE of a parts truck 
) and made one driveshaft out of 2.
I have no idea if it's balanced, and I don't want to pay to balance it.... seems to drive OK w/ little *noticeable* vibration. Haven't had it on the freeway yet though....
Anyway, I'm trying to get my FJ60 distributor in, and the skid plate I got from Dave Crum.
I'm on vacation until Jan 2nd, so I should be able to find some time to wrench between house projects.
(Heating a 1768 limestone house with current oil prices is driving me to the food bank

yea, I put it together correctly, so there shouldn't be a problem there. I've also heard that they should be pretty balanced if built right... not needing weights. If true, it should be OK.
