Not that sick of a deal, 98/99's are under 10k frequently now.

true, but not so much in CA where everything seems more expensive.
Rig looks decent, even has no NAV and a rear locker.

Looks kinda weird too with the painted bumpers and chrome mirror caps and door handles. Seems about what market price should be for it.

It's a 1998. Of course it has no nav.
Nothing special about the price whatsoever. While mileage is low for the year, it's not really a "low mileage" vehicle. Can't understand why a thread was started over this
